Returns & guarantee
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return a sealed product for a full refund: 14 days by EU law, plus 16 extra days from us.
The extended 30-day return policy applies to private customers only. Business returns are assessed case by case.
Every Maia product comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with it, just write to us within 60 days.
For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned, but they're covered by our 60-day guarantee.
